We are both national and internationally certified Martial arts studio with the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation. We have been training students of all ages since 1986 and have trained over 160 black belts members. Our study focuses on three main areas of training: namely, External (technique), Internal (proper breathing, tension & relaxation), and Spiritual (strong intent and confidence). It is based on five values: History, Tradition, Philosophy, Discipline/Respect, and Technique.
